YourCornerStore is a SaveSomeBucks Company.
YourCornerStore is the distributor processing your order. Orders for items that are are not currently in stock, but are scheduled to be available in the future may be purchased. Our policy for orders is as follows:
- Once an order is placed we can not modify it. (exception: removing items from the order.) We can cancel it, and give you a gift certificate for the order's value. Then you may place a new order with any modifications you wish to make. Canceling an order may cause you to lose your place in line for backordered items.
- Orders with both backorders and available items will be held until such time as the entire order can be shipped.
- Order items may arrive at our warehouse at different times, therefore your order would not ship until the latest item becomes available. For example item 1 expected to arrive on September 1, item 2 expected on September 15th, the order would be held until September 15th.
- If you want the items to arrive as available, you must place separate orders for each item that will arrive on a different date. Order dates are usually found at the top of the item description page in blue text.
- If you want available items to ship, before the backorder items are available. Then you must place separate orders, 1 for the available items, and 1 or more for the backorder items.
- All orders must be pre-paid.
- Orders may be canceled before they actually ship (Actual ship date may be before the expected in stock day).
- Order items may be removed from an order so that the items currently in stock will be shipped.
- Orders with backorder items can not be split into two orders after being placed. The backordered items must be removed and a new order placed for the backorder items.
- Please call or Email us for assistance with order changes.
- All refunds may be issued as a store credit, or a check to the original billing address. We do not issue refunds back to your credit card.
- If removing an item(s) from an order results in a shipping fee difference the amount owed you will be treated per the refund policy above.
YourCornerStore accepts Special Orders. Special Orders are orders for items that are are not currently in stock, and must be special ordered from the manufacturer. We do not order special order items until we have a pre-paid order for the item(s). Our policy for Special Orders is as follows:
- Special Orders must be pre-paid.
- Special Orders can not be canceled once the order is placed.
- There are no refunds for special order items.
- Orders with Special Orders items can not be modified once placed.
- Orders with both Special Orders and available items will be held until such time as the entire order can be shipped.
- Special Orders items can take a long time for the manufacturer to deliver the item to us for shipment to you. In general these orders take 30 to 60 days, but can and often do take longer.
- This program is experimental and we look forward to seeing comments from you as to how we can make your buying experience here at YourCornerStore better.
Please note: We are sorry but we can not accept orders for under $15.
Your order will be processed (usually less than 3 business days) and shipped from one of our warehouses, usually our California warehouse. UPS orders can take up to 5 business days for delivery depending on where in the country you live (can be longer during the holiday season). USPS Priority Mail usual arrives within 4 days. (can be longer during the holiday season).
You can trust that all items will be packaged with great care. Every outgoing item is expertly packaged for shipping.
In order to better serve our international customers, we have partnered with iGlobal Stores to handle our international checkout process. To take advantage of this service, simply add the products you’d like to purchase to our cart, then click on the “International Checkout” button to be taken to the iGlobal Stores checkout. All products will be transferred to the iGlobal Store and you will be able to view your order in your own currency. In the event of an error or if you have any questions regarding your international order, please contact iGlobal Stores by email at customerservice@iglobalstores.com.
When you are on the shopping cart page, just click the international shipping button, and then you will be allowed to finalize your order.
Upon completion of a purchase you are agreeing to not hold YourCornerStore responsible or liable in the event that packages are lost, stolen, or damaged while in possession of the selected delivery carrier. We have no control over your item(s) once your package leaves our warehouse. We will supply a tracking number for your purchase. Uninsured packages are your responsibility. Should a package arrive with visible damage, please file a claim with the delivery service.
If you wish to insure your order please check the Shipping Insurance checkbox in step 2 of the checkout process. Orders over $250 require insurance. A small fee will be added to your order for the cost of the insurance. Insurance is between you and the carrier of your choice. YourCornerStore is not liable for lost or damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
Summary
Here, at YourCornerStore we make every effort to provide you with the best variety, quality and information in order to make sure the item you order is to your complete satisfaction. Despite all efforts, however, you may find a need to return a product you have purchased from YourCornerStore. This describes our current Return Policy.
Returns
YourCornerStore currently offers a 30-day return policy. In order to receive a refund for the product you are returning, you must follow the RA Process (described below) and have your product returned to our facilities no later than 30 calendar days after we have shipped the product to your location. All products returned after this period or sent to a location not specified on the return instructions, may be refused and no refund or exchange may be issued.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, the returned item must be in "New" sellable condition and include all original packing, manuals, and software.
Replacements and exchanges
A replacement of a defective item may be requested when returning the original product. This request may be fulfilled at the discretion of our Customer Service department and will be based on the availability of the same or similar products. Please note that we reserve the right to ship the exchange to you only after we receive and process your returned product. If a replacement is needed immediately, it is suggested that you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when obtaining an RA number, place a new order and inform Customer Service regarding this. The new order will be fulfilled as soon as the product is available. Your account for the original order will be credited approximately 10-12 business days after we receive the returned product. YourCornerStore reserves the right to refuse an RA or to issue only one RA per returned product. All RAs are effective for 30 calendar days. Your shipment may be refused on the account of an outdated RA number. YourCornerStore will pay shipping costs on replacement RAs.
Miss-shipments
If the item delivered to you was not the item you placed the order for or if you never received the product you ordered, please contact YourCornerStore Customer Support immediately, so that we may investigate and re-ship your product to you. In the unlikely event that we can not replace your order with same or like product, you will be issued a refund.
Non-refundable Items:
The following list describes all items which do not qualify for refund.
- Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the carrier immediately and prior to any requests for an RA number.
- Items with missing original manufacturer packaging materials, warranty cards, manual, driver CD, cables and/or other supporting materials and accessories.
Request a Return Authorization number (RA) and shipping instructions by clicking here or the "Return Authorization" link in the information box on the right sidebar. Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you. Once your RA request is received and processed, you will receive, via e-mail, a pre-paid return label and shipping instructions. Please read and follow the instructions carefully.
YourCornerStore is not responsible for any returns shipped to us without a Return Authorization number. We will not issue refunds and any compensation for such returns.
DO NOT SHIP RETURNS TO OUR CORPORATE ADDRESS, unless you were advised to do so by our customer support representative. Any return without accompanying RA number shall be refused. Each issued RA is good for 30 calendar days from the issue date. After 30 days, returns must be made directly to the manufacturer.
Returns must be sent via freight pre-paid by UPS, using the label emailed to you by our customer service Department. To expedite processing of your return, please inform YourCornerStore customer service after you have dropped off your package at UPS.
The customer is solely responsible for any desired insurance on the package. YourCornerStore is not responsible for any losses or damages of the item while in transit. Make sure to specify the RA number on the outside of your package. If RA number is not clearly visible when delivered, it will be refused. A $35.00 re-packaging fee will be charged for products returned in the non-original packaging.
Please allow 10-20 business days after all goods received for refunds/exchanges to be processed. Refund will be issued via checks sent to the billing address on file.
